Van&Dilimz Order, Shipping, Returns & Store Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Van&Dilimz. Please read our store policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders

During sales, major promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. For this reason, order modifications may not be possible after checkout. This includes changes to product selections, shipping methods, delivery addresses, cancellations, or other order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing payment. Please ensure your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, product selection, and quantity are correct before submitting your order.

Van&Dilimz is not responsible for expenses related to delayed, incorrect, or missed orders, including but not limited to hair appointment cancellation fees, salon fees, styling fees, installation fees, or any other third-party service charges. We strongly recommend receiving and inspecting your order before booking or confirming any hair appointment or related service.

Van&Dilimz is also not responsible for the installation, styling, colouring, bleaching, customization, or maintenance of products purchased from our website.

Processing Times

Most in-stock products are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date.

During major sales, promotions, or periods of high demand, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.

Some products are not eligible for same-day shipping and may require additional processing time. Depending on the item, availability, customization, or supplier processing requirements, certain products may take approximately 7–20 business days to process before shipment.

Once processing is complete, shipping usually takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Same-Day Shipping

Same-day shipping may be available for selected in-stock items only.

To qualify for same-day shipping, the item must be available and ready to ship, and the order must be placed before the stated daily cut-off time, where applicable.

Same-day shipping does not mean same-day delivery. It means the order may be processed and handed over to the carrier on the same business day, provided the item qualifies and payment has been confirmed.

Products requiring extended processing, special ordering, customization, or supplier fulfillment are not eligible for same-day shipping.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Once an order is placed, your selected payment method will be charged immediately.

Van&Dilimz reserves the right to request additional verification of billing, identity, or shipping after an order is submitted. This may be required if billing details, banking information, cardholder information, shipping information, or fraud-risk indicators require further review.

To help prevent fraud, some orders may require ID or cardholder verification before shipment. If verification is requested and the customer does not provide the required information within a reasonable timeframe, Van&Dilimz reserves the right to cancel the order.

Credit card fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or theft of merchandise may be reported and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed and order processing is complete.

Shipping usually takes approximately 2–3 business days after the applicable processing period. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Van&Dilimz is not responsible for delays that occur within the shipping carrier's network after the package has been released to the carrier.

Shipping charges must be paid in full at checkout. Shipping fees may differ from the actual amount charged by the carrier due to packaging, handling, insurance, or rate adjustments.

Van&Dilimz reserves the right to use a comparable shipping method or carrier when necessary.

Incorrect, Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Van&Dilimz is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or incorrectly delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

A package may be returned to sender if:

  • The shipping address does not exist.

  • The shipping address is misspelled or incomplete.

  • The apartment, unit, suite, buzzer, or building number is missing.

  • The carrier cannot safely deliver the package.

  • The recipient has moved.

  • The recipient refuses the package.

  • The package is not collected when required by the carrier.

If a package is returned to Van&Dilimz due to customer error, refusal, or incomplete delivery information, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Depending on the situation, the customer may be issued store credit minus the initial shipping cost and any additional return-related charges.

We may not be able to automatically reship returned packages. If store credit is issued, the customer may use it to place a new order with the correct address. Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed at the time of reorder.

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly, including proper street number, unit number, postal code, city, province/state, and country.

Special Orders, Pre-Orders, and Extended Processing Items

Some products may be available as special orders, pre-orders, or items with extended processing. These may include products that are out of stock, custom-ordered, supplier-fulfilled, or not immediately available for same-day shipping.

Once a special order, pre-order, or extended processing order is placed and payment is approved, cancellation may not be possible.

Processing times for these items may vary and can take approximately 7–20 business days before shipping. After processing is complete, shipping may take an additional 2–3 business days.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the product details and understand the estimated processing time before placing an order.

Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Van&Dilimz.

Due to the nature of hair products, beauty products, personal-use items, sale items, and clearance items, returns may not be accepted once an item has been shipped, opened, worn, altered, installed, brushed, combed, washed, coloured, cut, customized, or used in any way.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order cancellations, refunds, product changes, shipping method changes, and address changes may not be possible after checkout.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@vandilimz.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

To qualify for review, the item must be unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Original ties, lace, tags, packaging, and product condition must remain intact where applicable.

Return requests made more than 7 calendar days after delivery may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Van&Dilimz confirms that the issue was due to our error.

For your protection, any approved return should be sent using a traceable shipping service with signature confirmation. Van&Dilimz is not responsible for lost return packages.

If a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, Van&Dilimz may issue store credit. Store credit and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Items purchased during a promotion, sale, or discount period may not qualify for the same promotional pricing when placing a new order.

Lace Products, Wigs, Bundles, Closures, and Frontals

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of lace products, wigs, closures, frontals, bundles, and similar hair products, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced once they have been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, combed, coloured, cut, customized, or removed from their original condition.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery before using or altering the product.

Product Concerns and Replacements

Van&Dilimz takes pride in offering quality products. If you believe you have received an item with an unusual or verified defect, please contact us at sales@vandilimz.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

Please include your full name, order number, phone number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the concern.

Using non-recommended products, colouring, bleaching, perming, cutting, washing, brushing, installing, removing hair from the weft, or otherwise altering the product may void eligibility for replacement or review.

If Van&Dilimz reviews the issue and confirms that the product is defective, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

If the product concern is not validated after review, the item may be returned to the customer without replacement, refund, or store credit.

Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, and special-order items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Van&Dilimz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the purchase, delivery, use, installation, styling, alteration, or inability to use any product or service purchased from our store.

Van&Dilimz is not responsible for third-party costs, including but not limited to salon fees, appointment cancellation fees, installation fees, styling fees, travel costs, lost income, or other related expenses.

For any claim related to a product purchase, Van&Dilimz's liability shall not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific product.

For any claim related to a service purchased from Van&Dilimz, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
